Handmade Ornament Swap

Last Friday was the handmade ornament swap we had with some of our local attachment parenting group. I made four different ornaments to participate in four groups of ten. I received quite a few lovely ornaments in exchange. This picture was taken by one of the swappers, Shawn.

A few of my favorites include a stuffed penguin (who doesn’t love penguins?), a 12 foot long button garland (innovative!), a crocheted snowflake (oh, to be able to do things beside drool over lovely yarn-made items), and a tree made out of recycled coffee cozies (love recycled items!). There were so many great ornaments this year, and almost all of them were non-holiday specific! I’m already looking ahead to next year.
