I recently tried a new pie crust which turned out wonderful. I can’t wait to try this with a pumpkin pie!
Pecan Pie Crust
- 2 cups pecans
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon water
Throw everything into a blender or food processor and thoroughly mix. When it has a fine consistency, press into your pie plate by hand.
Add your pie filling or bake at 325 degrees for around 15 minutes.
