My husband loves pizza. I’ve never been a big fan of the food, but since we began using our basic dough recipe, I’ve become fond of it. It’s quick, easy, and inexpensive. Everyone can put whatever toppings they want on it.
This is an alfredo pizza with (leftover) roasted chicken, spinach, caramelized onions, and feta. Delicious!
Sounds yummy! (Minus the chicken-vegetarian family :P) Every Friday night is homemade pizza night in my house. I usually do a whole wheat pizza crust with flax seeds, olive oil, fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, and spinach. I agree that making your own pizza is much more fun because I love knowing what I’m putting on it.
