Last month the one thing my daughter really wanted for Ostara was an allergy friendly chocolate bunny. Depsite looking all over, I couldn’t find any that were both dairy and soy free. When someone mentioned ordering cocoa butter, I knew it was worth a shot. Pouring over recipes on the internet gave me a starting place. When I found a bunny and egg mold, I was all set.
I tried both white chocolate and regular chocolate. They looked cute, but the taste wasn’t quite right. My daughter was thrilled to have a chocolate bunny for Ostara, though. I’ll have to work on the recipes a bit.
